Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy:
– Cancellations made before 15 days of the check-in date will not incur any cancellation charges.
– Cancellations made before 7 days of the check-in date will result in a 50% cancellation charge of the total payable amount.
– Cancellations made after 7 days of the check-in date will result in a 100% cancellation charge of the total payable amount.
– Refunds for cancellations are subject to the hotel’s discretion and may take up to 14 business days to process.
– No-shows (guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date) will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

2. Payment:
– Full payment for the reservation is required upon check-in.
– Lakefront Home Hotel accepts cash, major credit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.
– Payment for any additional charges incurred during the stay (special services, damages or foods) is due upon checkout.
